Standard First Aid certifications are valid for 3 years. CPR / AED certifications are valid for 1 year. BLS certificates are valid for 2 years. We recommend recertifying before your certificate expires to maintain continuous workplace compliance.

Yes. All Seya First Aid certificates meet or exceed provincial workplace safety requirements across Canada, including WorkSafeBC, WSIB (Ontario), and WCB (Alberta) standards.

You will receive a digital certificate by email on the same day you complete your course. Physical wallet cards are available on request. Digital certificates can be printed or shared with your employer at any time.

We offer a blended learning option where the theory component is completed online at your own pace before your session. The hands-on skills evaluation must always be completed in person with a certified instructor.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing suitable for kneeling and floor exercises. Bring a government-issued photo ID. All course materials, manikins, and AED trainers are provided — you do not need to bring anything else.

We keep class sizes small — typically 8 to 16 participants — to ensure every student receives personalized attention and sufficient hands-on practice time with the instructor.

Absolutely. Our mobile training team can deliver on-site courses anywhere in Ontario and across Canada. On-site training is ideal for organizations with large teams or shift-based schedules.

Corporate clients receive a digital compliance report after each training event, listing every participant, their course, date, and certificate expiry. We also offer renewal reminders before certificates lapse.

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the course start receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours may be rescheduled once at no charge. No-shows forfeit their registration fee. Corporate bookings may have separate terms.

Yes, one free transfer is permitted with at least 48 hours notice. Additional transfers may be subject to an administrative fee. Contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
